Architecting production Voice AI agents and low-latency infrastructure at scale.

Built Chat-Builder, a no-code visual node-based editor generating structured JSON conversation pathways with a prompt-template engine. Designed an AST-based guardrails layer and test-call infrastructure. Architected a TTS caching layer using a segment-and-stitch approach, cutting TTS costs by ~95%. Shipped multi-channel deployment and integrated LangWatch observability with real-time KPI dashboards.

Automating inbound logistics and high-volume data validation systems.

Engineered an automated inbound yard-management system using the MERN stack (React 19), issuing and recycling a 100-token pool to track vehicle journeys and process 100+ entries per day. Built a no-code checkpoint engine with out-of-sequence rejection guards and automated ExcelJS audit reports.

Designing end-to-end user workflows and event-booking interfaces.

Designed 35 production screens covering events, booking flows, and complete user journeys for the Smallfare app while leading 4 design interns. Defined core design directions, built high-fidelity mockups, and maintained comprehensive design token systems across all components.

Developing end-to-end type-safe APIs and resilient relational database schemas.

Developed end-to-end type-safe APIs using tRPC and structured scalable database schemas with Prisma ORM on PostgreSQL. Optimized query latency through relational indexing and clean RESTful API patterns. Implemented secure JWT authentication and containerized deployment pipelines using Docker.
